Provided by the United Way of North Carolina, NC 2-1-1 is a statewide information and referral system, designed to make it quick and easy for anyone to find help when they need it the most. 

North Carolina residents can access a comprehensive database of community, health, and human service resources by dialing 2-1-1 (or 888-892-1162) or by visiting nc211.org and utilizing the online search tool for detailed and verified information on resources across the state. All phone calls and online searches are 100% free and confidential.
