Test-drive Your Event Registration Page This page is currently running in test-drive mode. If this is a paid event, transactions will be sent to your payment processor's test server. No live financial transactions will be submitted. However, a contact record will be created or updated and test event registration and contribution records will be saved to the database. Use obvious test contact names so you can review and delete these records as needed. Refer to your payment processor's documentation for information on values to use for test credit card number, security code, postal code, etc.

Please enter the total donation amount below. Your total annual gift amount will be divided over 12 pay-periods beginning January 2020.
 
United Way Leadership Giving Society
United Way addresses critical community challenges by connecting local people in need with essential evidence-based programs and services. Here are a few ways your yearly gift can create immediate and lasting impact in our communities. 

de Tocqueville Society
Philanthropist $20,000+                provides a year of afterschool tutoring, character building and STEAM for 8 struggling and/or disadvantaged children K-3.
Visionary $15,000 to $19,999        provides a year of intensive job skills training and development for 10 individuals. 
Benefactor $10,000 to $14,999      provides a week of food and shelter for 85 people.

Dr. Ray Minges Society 
Community Champion $7,500 to $9,999    gives a new book monthly to 43 children from birth to age 5.
Community Partner $5,000 to $7,499         ensures access to a 24/7 crisis intervention hotline for 3 months. 
Community Leader $2,500 to $4,999          provides 35 families with two meals a day for one week.
Community Advocate $1,000 to $2,999      supports home-visits for 20 first-time mom’s to provide their babies with the best possible start.
Community Investor  $500 to $999             gives 88 homebound senior citizens a week of hot meals
 

INVESTING YOUR DONATION

Please select how your total annual donation is to be invested. Organization must hold the federal designation of 501(c)3.
List name of United Way or name of the 501(c)3 organization your donation should be directed to.
Include address or at minimum the city and state of organization.
