Pitt County Voices is an assessment report on community health and human services needs in Pitt County. A variety of techniques were used to gather community input on the needs of Pitt County residents. The assessment provides stakeholders, community leaders and citizens with useful information to develop strategies to improve the quality of life in Pitt County.
